Jesse & Josh’s Wedding- Winter Wonderand!

Wow… what a storm. Saturday February 6th was a day to remember! We had one of the biggest snow storms ever recorded.

Fortunately that did not stop us from celebrating Jesse & Josh’s wedding in Washington DC. Almost all the guests made it and very important as well, almost all the vendors made it too!

My hat goes off to Michele Hodges. She really pulled it off!! Michele made sure everything and everyone made it to the event. And believe me that was not easy feat! With over 26 inches of snow on the ground it was certainly a great challenge. But… Michele did it with a smile on her face making everyone feel relaxed and happy.

Most of the guests stayed at the beautiful Willard Inter-Continental Hotel (thank you for having a room for me too!). The ceremony was held at the National Museum for Women in the Arts , which is a gorgeous place by the way. The guest arrived to the museum by special buses from International Limo. The buses were ready for the storm with chains on their tires! John Farr Lighting did a great job at the museum. They made it look very warm and welcoming. Dragonfly Events did some magnificent flower arrangements for the ceremony and as centerpieces. The food was outstanding thanks to Occasions Caterers (thank you Kate & Joel!).

Once the ceremony was over, Doctors Orders, the amazing band, made sure everyone danced until the very end of the evening. The guests even cried ENCORE!! a few times and Doctors Orders very happily obliged. I personally think they were great! I just love them all. Also, I want to thank Cliff Matheson, he was the videographer that night.  I really enjoyed working with him. AND… FotoBriceno’s FotoFun Booth was a HUGE success. It was well worth the effort. (I know, it’s ours but I just had to give a shout out because everyone loved it).

I do want to say a heartfelt  THANK YOU!! to all the vendors that made it through the storm to make Jesse & Josh very happy day a reality. It was not easy and I know that they are very grateful for our efforts. Thanks again.

And a very special thank you to Marjorie Keith… it was a pleasure and an honor to work with your family. Thank you for having FotoBriceno photograph this important event!

Please enjoy this photos!
